The Creative
I have worked as an interface designer and project manager with leading new media companies in the web industry in Ireland for over 8 years. During my time within the industry I have gained the skills and knowledge to turn ideas into cutting edge design. I have worked with clients such as Bill Cullen, Des Bishop, Jim Mansfield, Jameson Distilleries, Newstalk, Oracle, Madame Tussauds and University College Dublin.
I am currently working as Lead Designer with Lightbox. Last year (2007) Lightbox won "Best Web Design & Development Agency" at the Golden Spider Awards.
Three other projects I worked on also won at the Spiders...

The Personal
On a personal level I am an experienced Videographer with an interest in wildlife film-making / preservation and a keen amateur photographer. I also have an interest in motocross since age 10 and this pursuit of motocross also brought about an early introduction to mechanics and vintage restoration. To date I have restored a 1971 MG Midget. I am originally from Wicklow but now living in Dublin. I love gadgets, cars, Ian Brown, the country, the city, clean uncluttered design and racing across a green mountaintop on a motocross at 70 mph. I don’t like video games, sushi, cameras in pubs, reality TV or most of all ABBA!

I have been involved in motoX since childhood and have owned and built several bikes and quads over the years. My Dad bought my first motorcycle at age 10 and the craze began from there.
House music (when i'm in the mood - hence the name), Ian Brown, The Stone Roses, The Smashing Pumpkins, Cold War Kids, Air, Jimi Hendrix, Groove Armada, The Pixies, The Doors, The Cure.

My interest in motoX also brought about an early introduction to mechanics. As far back as I can remember I have been obsessed with all things mechanical from cars to motorcycles, karts to boats. At the minute I'm restoring a 1971 MG Midget (whenever I can manage the time) and after that there's a Spitfire 1500 waiting in the wings.
Mon Tattoo, designed and tattoo'ed by an old "friend" with some indian ink, it took 6 hours to tattoo with a sewing needle (and a few shorts).
Thats about it, check out my blog if you're interested.
