ABOUT
I have worked as an interface designer in the web scene in Ireland for over ten years. During my time within the industry I have gained the skills and knowledge to turn ideas into cutting edge design having worked with clients such as Bill Cullen, Des Bishop, Jim Mansfield, Jameson Distilleries, Newstalk, iFoods, Oracle, Madame Tussauds and University College Dublin. I am currently employed as Senior Designer with Lightbox Digital.On a personal level I am an experienced videographer, a keen photographer and an amateur writer. I also have had an interest in freestyle motocross since age ten. The interest in motocross brought an early introduction to mechanics and vintage restoration. To date I have restored a 1971 MG Midget.

In 2007, following my first year as lead designer with the company, Lightbox were successful in winning the "Best Web Design & Development Agency" award at the Golden Spiders. Two other projects which I designed also won at the awards... Newstalk.ie and iFoods.tv. Pix.ie also snapped up an award, I was responsible for designing the Pix.ie identity.
Jaxz Design V1 was also featured on 30+ CSS and design galleries and was also nominated on MakeFive.com for best CSS Design of 2007.
